Smelly Belly Button: Smelly belly button can be due to growth of bacteria and fungus as it does not get enough air and stays moist and swetty, it happens more often to people who are obese and lot of fat in the belly area, but can happen to others as well. To get rid of it you need to clean it thoroghly when you take a bath/shower and dry it with a hairdryer everyday and repeat daily, you will be able to get rid of it.

Psychotherapy ?CBT: Obsessional ideation can typically be dealt with best with cognitive behavior therapy. Thought stopping is strategy where when you start to obsess, you close your eyes and visualize a large re stop sign and shout to yourself, "stop." intentional distraction can be effective. More analytical type therapy would focus on origins and "what does this mean?" approaches. This would likely be helpful.

Time: Time, avoidance of sun and tobacco use are your initial best options. Silicone gel creams may also help. Scar revision are unlikely to produce improvements unless the scars are raised. Bleaching or laser treatments may help dark or hyperemic scars. Salicylic acid may also help razor bumps.

Belly Blubber: Get rid of abdominal fat by spot reducing. If you lose weight a portion of that weight loss will reduce abdominal fat. Additionally, core toning exercises will help you stand more erect & improve your appearance. To lose weight keep up your physical activity and insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Weight training can help build muscle which helps to increase your metabolic rate.

Aerobic activity will burn calories. Specific exercises will make muscles more taut. No matter what ads promise – you can't spot reduce without surgery.

Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed. Tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on back. Do regular aerobic exercise.
