Rheumatology: If you indeed have rheumatoid arthritis i would seek care from the specialist which is rheumatology. They will recommend a treatment plan which includes mutliple different medications that are associated with certain toxicities. Therefore, a rheumatologist would be the best physician to see for your problem.
