Vulvodynia: This may ne secundary to a condition called vulvodynia. You need to be evaluated to rule out any underlying infection. Try eliminating bleach, fabric softeners, use mild soaps(cheer free or dreft).

Try using a condom: Seminal fluid hypersensitivity, is a rare allergic reaction to semen. Common symptoms are redness, swelling, pain, itching, and a burning sensation in the vaginal area. Symptoms usually start about 10-30 minutes after contact with semen and may not be confined to the vaginal area. Symptoms can last for a few hours or days. Symptoms are exacerbated by microtrauma to vaginal mucosa and acidic semen.
