Please see your gyn: Who put u on the pill , assuming you are not preg whcih should be checked first, u need an exam , blood work to check hormones, preg and your hemoglobin level and a pelvic ultrasound to r/o uterus and endometrial problems, if all of that is normal then you probably need a differnt bcpill, because sometimes the pill can make you bleed which u do not obviuosly want and it should not be heavy.

Time: It can take 3 months to be regulated on the pill. Take iron replacement and if heavy you may need to be seen and screened for anemia and bacteria that can cause bleeding from the cervix.
