Have pain in all my joints. arthritis has been ruled out. could i have the symptoms of osteosarcoma?

Unlikely: Your not in a good age group for osteosarcoma, and this usually presents as pain in a single location. "arthritis" is a general term for joint inflammation. There are many types, and you should see a rheumatologist.

Unlikely: Unlikely. Pain in all joints is not generally a symptom of osteosarcoma. Rather it is more common that this is related to an inflammatory condition. My recommendation would be to be evaluated by a rheumatologist.
