Depressed cold: Mucinex (guaifenesin) or afrin/neosynephrine nasal are largely considered safe. I tend to avoid oral decongestants as they cause ones heart to race - remember these are modified to make crystal meth. Be careful with afrin nasal if you have hypertension. Otherwise i hope you feel better.
