Possible pregnancy?: If you miss 2 active pills the period will usually come earlier and will likely be different than usual. If you didn't use a back up method then there is a small chance of pregnancy. So check a pregnancy test. However there are a lot of other reasons to throw up such as something you ate or the stomach flu.
