See your doctor: The highest risk from severe diarrhea is dehydration; there are times you just lose too much fluid from the diarrhea that you can't keep up with oral intake. This is especially true for infants, who don't have that much body water to begin with. Take the baby to the er to evaluate to see if it needs IV fluids for rehydration.
