Viral illness: Sounds like the flu or another assorted virus. Especially if the whole family has it. Make sure it isn't something like carbon monoxide poisoning, which can also cause the same symptoms. If there is fever or other such symptoms, then it probably is viral. Lots of fluids and rest.
