Well?: Not really. This is just the time you start to feel movement so it can easily be percieved to be decreased. Secondly, god forbid, there is a problem the baby is non viable(could not survive). Don't panic, the incidence of fetal death at 22 weeks is low and the percieved lack of fetal movement is high at this gestational age. Low fetal movement later in pregnancy is more worrisome.
