Where is cycle?: Ovulation occurs 14 days before your cycle. If you are in that time period then you could be ovulating. Ovulation does not usually cause those symptoms though and being physically intimate over the clothing would be totally unrelated.

Depends: When was your last period? Ovulation is half way between but wouldn't cause these problems. Take MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) for the constipation which will likely help the stomach cramps. Always consider bladder especially if peeing more. The nipple issue is probably unrelated to the abdominal discomfort and should be transient. Take care of the constipation first. Good luck.
