Unclear: Pelvic pain is quite complex with many many causes. A thorough evaluation would need to be done to try and narrow down the multitude of possibilities. I am wondering if you are concerned about an unplanned pregnancy. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.
