A member asked:

What if i took a quantitative pregnant blood test 3 and a half months after unprotected sex, and it was negative, is it accurate?

Yes.: The ursine pregnancy test is incredibly accurate. We rely on them every day in the emergency department. The only time a urine pregnancy test is falsely negative is when it is very early in pregnancy (within the first week) and even then, only if the urine is very dilute, such as when you were drinking a lot of water and had clear urine.

More than test: At three and half months after the sex episode, if you were pregnant there would be other signs. See the site below for more information. If you have any doubt, you should see your doctor for an ultrasound. Pregnancy tests are generally accurate but no test is 100%. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/pregnancy-am-i-pregnant.
