Probably not: The bleeding you have from your nose is common. Sepsis is not common with just a cold. Sepsis would be a serious infection in your blood. I'm not sure what to make of the color you describe but you should see your physician if things are getting worse and you aren't being treated yet. (self-treatment doesn't count).

Sepsis?: This would be life threatening! why would you think about sepsis?\ go to er immediately! probably false alarm but as soon as you say sepsis you must see md.
