Nasal blood: The nasal membrane may have a small ulceration that cracks open from congestion and from blowing your nose. Applying a tiny amount of Vaseline on the nasal membrane each night may allow healing of this area. To reduce nasal caused congestion and relieve hay fever symptoms, taking Sudafed and an antihistamine should help.
