Yes: Solid food can be introduced to infants as early as 4 months. A 6 month old infant can eat egg. The only concern is an allergic reaction to an egg. Recent data, although, does not support an increased risk of allergic reaction with eggs. So, u can feed egg to your 6 month old. Also, consult child's pediatrician. Thanks.
