Many: Long term mj use can lead to schizophrenia in susceptible individuals. Diminished iq has been documented in long term studies of mj users. Disruption of pituitary function has been discussed. Fetal damage and increased rates of prematurity are documented. Long term inhalation of any burned substance increases emphysema and lung cancer risk. Short term isn't any better either. Best to stop using.
