Try: Calling the university clinic because teaching universiies have lower fees. At least, you won't be limited to merely fillings and extraction. You will have a more comprehensive exam backed up by instructors but usually, the wait is long. You will find in the long run that saving your teeth will give more returns if you cannot afford a private practitioner.
