Gas: Its most likely gas passing from one part to the other. The colon has some turns to it, so as gas, fluid and solid matter moves around sounds may be made. Its normal.

Moving gas/liquid: In your normal colon, there is some gas/air, liquid, and some solids (stool) and these move along, at times faster than other. These movements can generate noise you can hear, and feel. Sometimes it can be quite loud, and if the gas escape to the outside, it can bother the nose as well :-) as long as you are not having pain/problem, I am not concerned. Consuld doc if u r worried. Good luck.
