Many possibilities: Start by taking your temperature, ideally before you wake up soaked with sweat, because sweating is one way the body has of cooling you off when you have fever. Night sweats are classically associated with tuberculosis but there are many other causes. The best thing would be to see an infectious diseases doctor or start out with your primary care physician.
