Ask your ob: Your OB will have a lsit for you of what he or she rec, tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe plain Claritin is safe but u want to take as little as possible in teh 1st trimester, and u need to see the doc to see if it is raelly a viral cold or a bacterial sinus infect- because if it is the latter u need antibiotics , many of which are safe during preg.
