See a REI specialist: If you were regular before Lupron (leuprolide) your period should return in the next couple of weeks. You can get pregnant if you ovulate even without a period first. Ocp won't help you to ovulate or get prego. I assume Depo-Provera Lupron (leuprolide) was for endometriosis which can lower your ovarian reserve (egg supply). See a fertility specialist to find out why no period, check your ovaries and tubes and help you to conceive.
