Seperate: It needs to be seperated. The white discharge, not related, start with Monistat first! #2, check pregnancy test. #3, if not pregnant you may not have ovulated this month; the process of ovulation, where the egg comes off the ovary, changes the hormones so that you have regular bleeding. If pregnant or not ovulating regularly but still producing estrogen and cramps. Get Monistat and upt to start.
