Cardio: If you mean your nose gets plugged up when you do a treadmill jogging or roving for a cardio exercise then it is unlikely to be an allergy but probably a vasomotor reaction. This is a regulatory neurological response to nasal tissue and sometimes intranasal steroids can help. If the response is severe enough, the sinus may also be involved.

Ent: See ENT , may be you have sinus polyp, hypertrophy or deviated septum among other possible problems. May be you will require additional tests.
