Go see your doctor: I know, i know. My answer to everything is go see a doctor. But what did you expect? Tell your doc why you think your hormones are unbalanced. S/he can then order the appropriate tests to confirm your concerns and then recommend/prescribe appropriate treatment. Of course, you should then get your hormones checked regularly to be sure they stay balanced. Communication is key to maintaining balance.
