Prob not pregnant : A home pregnancy test is accurate once you are late for your period. In this case it sounds like you are not pregnant. See your doctor to discuss your symptoms and to begin birth control to help you avoid a teen pregnancy.

Repeat the home test: Home pregnancy tests become positive at an HCG level of 15-25 depending on the manufacturer and the serum test with a level of greater than 5. I would repeat it in a couple days or have your doctor order a serum test.
