This is the best defense towards the germ war. Multivitamin, vitamin c, probiotics, and vit d. But washing your hands with soap and water goes a long way.

Wash hands: Germs refers to organisms which cause an illness. They can be bacterial, viral, or even fungal. Prevention and spread go together. Hand washing is probably the most effective method. Covering your mouth when coughing or sneezing can prevent spread by air. But good hygiene is probably the most effective means of prevention.
