Broad Topic: This is very difficult to address on this forum. I would seek the services of your family doctor first. If he doesn't suspect a systemic problem, he may recommend counciling with a psychiatrist. Please don't wait or be embarrassed because of this. There is help out there for someone who worries excessively.

Worrying: Worrying "all the time" could indicate some kind of anxiety disorder, especially if it has gone on awhile. You could see your doctor for an evaluation of this problem. There are helpful treatments through psychiatrists and psychotherapists for worrying/anxiety.

Expert Assessment: Worry involves thinking about bad things that might happen that affect ourselves and/or others. In other words, worry gets us thinking "What if?" Worries can feel important and/or annoying and/or upsetting. I'd suggest speaking with an anxiety expert, someone who could help you gain new insight into your worry & help you learn how to manage it, depending on what your type(s) of worry look like.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.
