Mild symptoms: Your symptoms are mild. However, the brown discharge may be of concern. Okay to check in with doc for std testing and exam.

Possible pregnancy: The symptoms you describe may be pregnancy, so do check a pregnancy test. But it also may just be related to the pill. The pill will give you light periods, and the brown discharge is often old blood. The abdominal pain and vomiting may be related to a stomach virus. If your pregnancy test is negative but you continue with your symptoms then you should see a physician.
