Home treatment: For most hemorrhoids, home treatment is all you need. This includes slowly adding fiber to your meals, drinking more water, and using over-the-counter ointments for a limited time to stop itching. You also may use stool softeners. Surgery to remove hemorrhoids is generally reserved for when medical treatments fail, or if complications occur.

simple treatment: Hemorrhoids are simply veins in the anal canal that like all domains, carried the use blood away from the area. They bulge with straining at the bm, and may bleed and cause pain. Simple treatment is to keep your stools soft to avoid straining. Suppositories and creams can help with acute flare. If symptoms are serious, simple surgeries can be performed with excellent results.

Hemmiroids : They are thrombosed (clotted) veins that cause pain if the are external ( you can feel them) or internal ( they bleed) treatment is usually conservative with creams, suppositories . If severe and chronic then surgery is an option for external. For internal ones there is a endoscopic procedure that can be effective.
