Sounds like ...: Symptoms of a mood disorder. Are you experiencing sadness, reduced pleasure, changes in energy, sleep, appetite, libido, self-esteem? If so, you may be experiencing a depressive disorder. You may want to consider an evaluation by your primary care doc, a psychiatrist, or a psychologist. There are many good treatment options available if you are experiencing depression.

Depression/SAD: Irritability is a common symptom of depression and it is one of the first symptoms and earlier symptoms to respond to treatment of depression. It is , to a lesser degree a symptom of anxiety. You having difficulties in social situations suggest social anxiety disorder. You need to see a psychiatrist to get evaluated. Treatment is there and is effective for both, good luck.
