Likely not pregnant: Because of your pcos and percoeved non-ejaculation. There is a slal chance that partner had a "precum" emission without knowing it. However suggest you get pregnancy test kit at your local pharmacy. Also suggest you consult with your gyn. Dr. To discuss birth control pill +/or iud. Also good idea to have double protection with a condom to remove risk of std.

Small: There is always a chance to get pregnant when intercourse is unprotected (condom broke). Prior to ejaculation, a small amount of fluid containing sperm can be released which can lead to pregnancy. Given that intercourse was far from ejaculation as well as your pco status (giving you reduced chances of ovulation), your chances of pregnancy are small. Check pregnancy test since cycle delayed.

Pregnancy risk: Agree with excellent responses by Dr. Kaluber and Dr. Beshay. If you used emergency contraception immediately following this that can reduce potential pregnancies by 95%. Your polycystic ovary diseases further reduces risk. Risk is very small.
