Bone pain: In teens one thinks of growing pains; in blacks one must consider sickle cell; in your case one thinks of shin splints, stress fractures, infection (osteomyelitis), tumor, non-healing fracture. See your fp for thorough history & exam to determine cause so appropriate treatment can be undertaken.

See your doc: Assuming you haven't done any recent strenuous physical activity, to have "bone" pain in both of your arms and legs is a little unusual. Have you ever had similar symptoms? Do you have any other symptoms (fever, enlarged lymph nodes, new rash)? If you have a doctor, i would visit them so that they could do an exam and possible order a few screening blood tests, if warranted.
