Fruits...: , and juices can certainly loosen the stool. The two real problems at this point are: (1) juices are useless - juice is just fruit with everything good thrown out, and (2) canned fruits usually have extra sugar added. I'd recommend fresh (whole, peeled or mashed) fruits only, no cans and no juices.
