Masses: These masses are most likely not from your colon cancer. If they are new or growing than see your doctor to get a biopsy.

If you had colon: Cancer and it was removed, you would need to tell me penetrance of the tumor into bowel wall and regional nodes. If negative, chance of any metastasis is quite low, and to lip and nose rarer than winning the power ball.

Colon cancer-lymph: I think you misunderstood..Could lip nose been lymph node. Typically colon cancer moves from bowel wall to involve the lymph nodes that drain that section of colon. If the lymph nodes are involved, but no distant organs, then that would be a stage 3 tumor.
