No.: Ultrasound dates depend on fetal size. If ovulation occured at other than 14 days after first day of last menses some discrepency will exist. That being said, ultrasound size based due date estimates are only accurate to about a week in the first, two weeks in the second and three weeks in the final trimester of pregnancy.
