No symptom: Most of breaast cancer are presented with a lump on the breast or abnormal mammogram. Despites the abormal imaging or presence of lump- most of them are without any symptoms. Sometimes, if the mass is big enough- they have pain/discomfort on the breast. When cancer is in a later stage/advanced stage -patients can be presented with more general symptoms like weight loss, bony pain etc.
