Lots: I have no financial interest in these companies, but crest pro health is a line of non-alcohol based rinses. Listerine will also have one, but you need to read because there are many with alchohol.

And also: I believe Toms of Maine also has a non-alcoholic mouth wash. Know that about 2/3 of decay causing bacteria are removed by brushing, 1/3 by flossing, and about 1% by mouthwash.
