Could u be pregnant?: At 24 and having no other medical reason for nausea/vomiting, i would check a home pregnancy test. Did you miss your period? Are you taking any medication? Having fever? Diarrhea? It is hard to tell with such a limited amount of information provided. Please repost a more specific question and I am sure it will be answered accordingly. Good luck.
