Oh dear....: I hate to be a "wet blanket" about this, but the pull-out method isn't really a method. Besides, it can't be satisfying for you - and it's probably stressful for your girlfriend. (will he or won't he?) but that said, yes, she could be pregnant. She should be evaluated by her doctor; go to planned parenthood if she doesn't have one. You'll be able to get some reliable birth control there. Good luck.
