If i've missed 2 1/2 days of my buspar (buspirone) will it hurt me to start back up tomorrow? will i have withdraw from it? does it leave your system that fast?

None of above: Start back at the dose you were on, missing 2 1/2 days will not cause too many problems in most people, and Buspar doesn't leave the body/brain all that fast. If you are off for a week or two, you often have to start back at lower doses or you may get dizziness and nausea, and other side effects. There is no withdrawal from buspirone.
