Likely no: The trouble swallowing... Maybe related to feeling like something is stuck in your throat... Both of these symptoms are pretty suggestive of acid reflux. You can start by taking some over the counter flux meds. If you are already on reflux meds... And really either way, start by seeing your local ENT who can perform a simple endosocpic exam in clinic.

Difficult swallowing: There are certain symptoms - or complaints - that all physicians should regard as 'alarm' symptoms, i.e. They are of concern. Dysphagia - difficulty with swallowing - is one of those. Please see your md asap.
