May or may not: There's little you can do to ameliorate the brief and usually mild discomfort women may experience with rupture of the hymen (thin tissue at the entrance of the vagina). Men seldom have a problem. Rarely the hymen may be too thick or not have an opening in it, which may require a visit to an ob/gyn doctor to correct. Go slowly and make sure your bf understands and is patient. Good luck & enjoy.

First time: Don't be in a rush for penetration; search out each other's erogenous zones. Foreplay allows u to become adequately lubricated. Use a position that allows u to control the amount of penetration. As the other doc mentioned, if your hymen causes problems, see gyn for options. Enjoy the experience.
