No: You should see your ob/gyn. You need to have blood work such as a pregnancy test. If the pregnancy test is negative then you need to check your thyroid and prolactin levels.

Periodic fever: There are conditions called periodic fever syndromes where there is a regularity of fever occurance.Your doctor should be able to explore this possibility. They are annoying, but generally harmless in the long run.Of course there are a number of other possibilities , so consult with your doctor.
