Wait for Tomorrow: Although you may see the effects of today's early dose wear off earlier than expected, i would definitely wait until tomorrow to take your next dose in the morning - especially important with a stimulant drug such as vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).

NO: Onset of action: 1 hour duration of action: 10-12 hours take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. • if it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. • do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses. Take this drug at the same time of day. • to gain the most benefit, do not miss doses. • take in the morning.
