No cure: There is no cure for a scar. Once the skin is cut there is always some residual blemish, even if it is very light. The idea is to best optimize the outcome of the scar. Topical scar creams, silicone gels and sheets are usually the first lines in scar care. Laser resurfacing can be tried but still does not remove it completely. Scar revision can be performed to reposition or improve the scar.

You can't: Scars can be improved and made less visible but not cured. Techniques include laser, dermabrasion, surgical revision, creams, and too many others to name.
