Asthma/COPD: Singulair (montelukast) is generally used in cnjunction with inhaled rescue inhalers and controllers in people with asthma or copdit is classified as a leukotriene inhibitor.It is sometimes sued alone in those who cannot tolerate inhaled steroids as a controller.
