Hypertension Med: Used alone or together with other medicines to treat high blood pressure and chest pain (angina). Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of strokes and heart attacks. This medicine is a calcium channel blocker.

Calcium Channel bloc: Cartia xt is like procardia, (nifedipine) a calcium channel blocker, used to control hypertension and arrthymias of the heart.

Paroxysmal Afib & HTN. Take medications twice daily. Accidentally took my PM meds in the AM. Basically doubling my daily dose of Diltiazem 180 CR and Doxazosin 4 MG, which I only take with PM medications. Should I be concerned?
