Sweat toxins: There is littl expeimental data about this. Some years ago i bought an infrared sauna to put in my research center. My plan was to collect sweat from people and have it analyzed for mercury and other heavy metals. I have not gotten around to it yet. If you add up the weight of all the sweat glands in the body they equal the weight of 1 kidney. So i suspect that it is possible to aid detoxification.
