Pcos: Women with pcos often have breakthrough bleeding between periods. Have your md check lh, fsh, e2, progesterone, testosterone and get pelvic ultrasound.

May not be related: Since you only see blood when you wipe, the cause may not even be related to pcos. You should discuss with your gyne. You may require a work up of sorts to determine if the blood is coming out with your urine or with stool.
